Pardustech provides vision and virtual try-on related software, demonstrations, and related content. Specific features and availability depend on the particular application (e.g., Wearora, Undercut) and may change over time.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when requested and keep any account credentials secure.
• You agree not to use the Service for illegal activities, to attempt to reverse engineer models or services, or to upload content that violates third-party rights.
• You are responsible for any content you upload. Do not upload images or material you do not own or have permission to use.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software on the Service are the intellectual property of Pardustech or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted.

10. Termination

Pardustech may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Istanbul, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other means. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
