Refund & Returns Policy

Effective date: October 1, 2025

1. Digital Products

Because digital products and services (e.g., SaaS access, software downloads, visual processing runs) are delivered instantly and consumed immediately, they are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or where we determine an error occurred.

2. Paid Services & Subscriptions

Subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 14 days of the charge for initial review. Prorated refunds may be applied where appropriate.

3. Errors & Defects

If you experience a technical issue preventing the use of a paid feature, provide details (order id, timestamps, device info). We will investigate and may provide a refund or credit if the issue is our responsibility.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to omer.aksit.dev@gmail.com with your order details, timestamps, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

5. Exceptions

We may refuse refunds for misuse, violation of terms, or where proof of delivery/use is evident. Platform-specific purchases (e.g., App Store, Play Store) may be subject to the platform's refund policies.
